Maschio Gaspardo opens new office in South Africa

Maschio Gaspardo, the international group leader in the production of agriculture equipment for tillage, seeding, crop care, green maintenance and haymaking, has opened a new commercial branch in South Africa

Founded in 1964 by the brothers Egidio and Giorgio Maschio, the company has become a major industrial group through important acquisitions such as Gaspardo, Unigreen, Feraboli and Pietro Moro Aratri.

With more than 2,200 employees across 12 commercial offices throughout the world, five production facilities in Italy and three in Romania, China and India, Maschio Gaspardo, had a turnover of US$375.14mn in 2017.

The com[any aims to focus on innovation, supported by new production technologies with a view to improving the working conditions of users and to increase in yield and quality.

“The opening in South Africa is another, important step to strengthen our presence all over the world,” said the company.
