The third edition of Greentech, the international trade fair for horticulture, will be held in Amsterdam from 12-14 June 2018, focussing on the most innovative solutions in the field of horti and floricultural technology
Specialised in the manufacturing of protective screens for agriculture, Arrigoni S.p.A. will be one of the protagonists of the Amsterdam show, with several top proposals: thermo-reflective screens range Prisma® in white color with LD additive (specifically Prisma 30 / 80 / 90), ultra-resistant screens Robusta® for heavy-duty applications, Biorete® Air Plus anti-insect screens range and Protecta®, the innovative mesh fabric for rain crop protection.
Patrizia Giuliani, export manager of the Arrigoni Group, said that Greentech represents a particularly strategic event in several respects for the company. “Organising more than 80 congresses and workshops on these issues, the show itself becomes a point of reference for the entire supply chain. Besides of this, the Dutch market is in the forefront when it comes to innovation and technological progress in the horticulture sector. Finally, with its strong international character, Greentech gives us the opportunity to meet professionals from all over the world.”
The Arrigoni group focuses on two main high-tech goals: optimisation of light diffusion and increase in airflow and these results, in fact, characterize the new products. New screens are conceived taking advantage of the many years of experience in the sector and above all thanks to the company's targeted investments in Research, Laboratory and careful study of the needs of different markets.
At booth 822 - HALL 12, the group will present the characteristics and strengths of two brand new solutions for professional agriculture. To support the sales team and to deepen with the visitors the most technical topics, Milena Poledica PhD, agronomist and Product Developer in the R&D department of the Arrigoni Group.
During GreenTech, the company will introduce Robusta®, a new range of hybrid screens specially designed to withstand high mechanical stress due to abrasion on tensile structures. The screen structure is a combination of monofilament in chain and weft for more strength and tape in the second weft, in different colours and densities to optimise shading for each crop and climate conditions.
In white colour with LD – Light Diffusion additive, Robusta® offers the same advantages of thermo-reflective screens range Prisma® which guarantees in greenhouse applications exceptional temperature control, protection from sunburns, good conditions for plant development and the workers, as well as water saving.
In addition, the company will introduce Protecta®, which is designed to protect crops from rain, keeping its air permeability.
Combined with a wide range of professional mesh fabrics, these innovative solutions allow Arrigoni to offer the best and most appropriate answer for each need in the most diverse markets.
