BioEnergy Decentral has expanded its international reach after a record number of 160,000 animal husbandry farmers and experts visited this years edition of the show, along with 38,000 international attendees
EuroTier, an international forum for professional animal husbandry farmers, is driven by the concept of providing a "better future for dealers and investors" by equipping their farms and businesses with modern technology and signposting strategies.
Speaking to journalists in Hanover at the closing of EuroTier on 16 November 2012, Dr Reinhard Grandke, CEO of the organiser Deutsche Landwirtschafts-Gesellschaft (DLG), stated, “With 2,445 exhibitors and around 160,000 visitors, including 38,000 international visitors, EuroTier 2012 has reached new record levels.”
The number of exhibitors has risen by 25 per cent compared with 2010. A total of 2,445 direct exhibitors and 41 additionally represented companies from 51 countries presenting their goods and services.
Around half of the exhibitors travelled from outside of Germany, representing a 40 per cent increase for the 2012 edition of the show.
EuroTier is the platform for launching new machines, installation and farm inputs on the international markets.
