Apapa Nigeria site for new 7,875 m³ capacity wheat silos
Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN) is one of the largest and most successful industrial conglomerates in Nigeria. The company's operations include milling, pasta industry, port operations, cement trade & industry, fertilizer blending, bags and other packaging materials production and the agricultural sector.
In collaboration with Bühler, SCE is building new wheat silos with a capacity of 7,875 m³ for their flour mill production in Apapa Nigeria. This is divided over 27 cells, each with dimensions of 3.45m x 3.65m. The straight wall height is 24.5m.
This is the 7th project that Flour Mills of Nigeria and SCE have jointly realised, bringing the total capacity up to 18,186 m³.
