Organisers of AgriTech Expo Zambia, the leading agricultural machinery showcase event in sub-Saharan Africa, DLG Agriculture LTD., along with the Zambian National Farmers Union (ZNFU) and venue hosts Golden Valley Research Trust (GART), have officially opened the visitor registration for the eighth edition of the trade fair
The event takes place from 20-22 April 2023 and is spread over 14 ha of exhibition space, offering both small and emerging farmers as well as large scale and commercial farmers a professional business platform where they can experience the latest offerings from world class suppliers of agriculture machinery.
AgriTech Expo Zambia 2023 has exciting feature zones which includes planting and machinery demonstrations, crop trial plots, the all-new drone zone and a livestock auction. New seed varieties, fertilisers, agrochemicals and crop protection will be on showcase from many top industry suppliers, offering real-time advice and guidance to farmers attending, along with educational workshops and networking opportunities.
In addition to the feature zones, the expo continues to keep its international flair with country pavilions from Germany, the UK and many others. Farmers can also benefit from full expert-run workshops on all three exhibition days of the trade fair. With a focus on small scale and emerging farmers, each day has specific theme ranging from livestock production and organic farming, crop production and much more.
