SKA appoints new area manager for African markets

Italian aviary manufacturer SKA has appointed Claudio Torresan as area manager for its African and Middle Eastern markets

Torresan, who holds a degree in mechanical engineering, has brought to the company extensive experience in technical and marketing skills, and will be based at SKA’s head office in Sandrigo, Italy.

According to SKA, Torresan will look to expand the company’s commercial networks across the Middle East and African region.

SKA, which provides aviaries for pullets and commercial layers, offers a range of easy-to-manage and easy-to-clean nests that have been designed and manufactured at its facilities in Sandrigo.

The firm will be exhibiting at Aviana Zambia 2012, which takes place in mid-April, and at May’s SIPSA Agrofood 2012 in Algeria.
