Modern technology for economic grinding

WITH THE NEW produced hammer mills ASM245 and ASM400, AWILA® Agrar- und Industrieanlagen GmbH continued to develop its spectrum of efficient structural mills.

The two structural mills are characterised by their process of economic grinding, through a minimum part of fine dust and a high feed utilisation.

High-quality processing as well as simple maintenance form the bases for long usage. In addition to this, four different variants of wire sieves make possible a homogeneous grinding of feed appropriate to the animal species.

The structural mills are equipped with hardened hammers, quadruplicate usable (ASM245 with 51 hammers, ASM400 with 90 hammers) A high throughput and noiseless working are further advantages of the mills, operated by a three-phase motor 400V/50Hz at a capacity of 15kW (ASM245) or 30kW (ASM400) The high requirements to the animal feed security are fulfilled by the easy cleaning and the clean working environment of the structural mills. The structural mill is equipped as standard with an aspiration connectng piece to a filter unit, a permanent magnet separator/separator of foreign parts at the inlet, an adjustable infiltrated air flap and an inspection flap with fuse switch.
