SDF, manufacturer of agricultural tractors, combines, grape harvesters, engines and farm machinery, and Kramp, a leading European Company in the supply of agricultural parts and accessories announce a new agreement to supply the SDF dealer network with the complete Kramp product range
This strategic cooperation between SDF and Kramp means that more than 3,000 SDF dealers and 120 SDF importers worldwide have access, in addition to the SDF genuine parts supplied directly by Same Deutz-Fahr, to the huge product range available from Kramp.
The range of replacement parts offered by Kramp includes machine and tractor parts, driveline technology, hydraulics, forestry and garden technology as well as shop and workshop products, with some 200,000 products always in stock.
A key driver within the new partnership, Kramp is also supporting SDF in further developing its successful Agricenter concept. Agricenter is a logo registered by SDF for the sale of agricultural parts and accessories through agricultural retail outlets. Each registered SDF dealer is able to set up his own Agricenter within the branch and so provide an attractive retail store for their end customers. Kramp employees are then on-hand to offer their expertise to specialist dealers when it comes to planning, setting up and managing their Agricenter.
Also a new Agricenter branded web shop, available 24 hours a day with sophisticated logistics systems ensure the ordering process is simple while also facilitating rapid delivery times. "This agreement is an important step for both Kramp and SDF in the strategic development of our spare parts business. Specialist dealers are sure to benefit from this move in the long-term.", emphasized Eddie Perdok, Director of the Kramp Group.
“With this partnership our customers can increasingly find through their local Same Deutz-Fahr dealer everything they need for their day to day farming needs” commented Franco Artoni, Sales,
Marketing and After Sales Executive Director Same Deutz-Fahr. "Our Company places a strategic
importance in developing our Parts business that will in 2011 reach a total turnover of more than €180mn."
