New Holland recently launched its new high capacity CR combine harvesters which feature 10 to 15 per cent capacity increase and set new standards of grain and straw quality
The CR8070 and CR9080 combine harvesters unveiled in the South African market at the Nampo show at the start of this year, New Holland stated.
The company set-up a training and customer demonstration programme with its aim to ensure a good understanding of the full potential of the advanced features of this new range, it said.
“The new CR range is the culmination of 40 years of Twin Rotor technology,” stated Hedley Cooper, head of combine harvester product management.
The CR combines feature Dynamic Feed Roll™ technology enabling the rotors to be faster and smoother as well as removing stones without stopping, increasing the CR combines’ capacity further.
“It offers the best of New Holland’s harvesting technologies: Twin Pitch Rotors, Dynamic Feed Roll, SmartTrax rubber tracks, Terraglide suspension, ECOBlue SCR and Hi-eSCR engine technologies – all working together to deliver the very best performance," added Cooper.
